Ryoma Itō (伊藤龍馬 Itō Ryoma) is a character designer for various video games by Square Enix. His list of credits in this position include Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift, Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, and Heroes of Mana. He also contributed designs with others for the arcade title Lord of Vermilion. In addition, Itō helped design monster animation in Final Fantasy IX, battle animation in Final Fantasy X, and art design in Final Fantasy XII. Recently worked in social game for facebook Knights of the Crystals as a character design.
In an interview, Ito stated that he felt he had grown as a designer while making Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift, and worked to keep continuity between the designs of the characters from the original Final Fantasy XII which he worked on.[1]
